"Okay, so lets head to the freezer and get a few packs of food made. It won't be IHOP, but at least it'll keep us living." Lording begins to exit the door. "How many people do we need to feed?"

"That's what all this protective gear is for," Adries says picking up the random assortment of gear everyone was assigned, "Keep that damn zombie blood outta my blood stream!"

"As I been saying, we should find that school generator and make sure it works so that we can keep the fridge food. I agree that the perishable goes first. I guess that means handing out the fruit that you brought Mr. Lording..."

"Humm, given that we have normal utilities running still without the generator, it's safe to assume that most power stations are till up and running. If thats the case most stores will be up and running still. I saw I take a few people with me after we clear downstairs and go raid a store fro some canned food before the stores get picked over."

(I don't know how many kids attended this school, but didn't we say that we had somwhere around 300 people with us?)

((3000? Christ that is huge! Is it a college or a highschool? I reread the opening and there was no number of students. Perhaps we should keep it relatively small, it'll make it easier for our characters. Private school small with only 100 or so? Maybe we should get the Creator into this...))

"It's within the first day that the stores get raided, most have probably been broken into since we're on the second day. There might be a few that people haven't gotten into...maybe the smaller, home stores?"

"Err, not nessisarily, since this who thing started yesterday this would be store raiding day I'd think, ths point is the sonner we get out there to get food, the more food there will be for us to get."

"Well, I say you and Mr. Lording should go out to get supplies and survey since you've already been out there once. You guys can clear up anything that got into the bottom floor on your way out. Sound good?"

"Okay, let's bring the guns just in case," says Lording, before grabbing the shotgun and making his way out of the Chem room.

Charles grabs his hammer

"Alright lets go clear downstairs"

"You guys have fun with clearing things up. I'll do the fun job of delivering food," Adries replies, grabbing the bags of food Mr. Lording got and walking out the class. Of course there was a bombardment of questions from the students waiting outside, but she quickly silenced them by explaining the situation and handing out food. She gave some money to people who went to collect more for the machines, then moved on to telling the students to work on getting the metal bars.

((Jeez...that's a lot of students. ))

Charle and his small group arrived downstairs and armed themselves with their weapons

"Remember , only shoot as a last resort, a gunshot will attract more of them and will probably freak out the kidds upstairs"

He that he charged at a zombie and smashed its skull in with his hammer.

"Wait a minute, why are we heading downstairs?" brings up Lording. "The only exit from this place is the fire escape down the roof... Let's just head up there, we'll clear downstairs later." With that, he turned around and began heading up the stairs to the roof.

(Wait I though we were clearing downstairs than scavenging?)

(She said we should clear downstairs on the way out.)

(And since were going out to scavange, woulden't now be when we clear out the zombies?)

(Oh well, lets just kill zombies)

Lording saw three zombies rush toward him. With one massive swing, he swung his shotgun around to bash their skulls.

(( *munches on dinner* This is entertaining. I agree just kill some zombies!! :D ))

Adries heard some sounds coming from downstairs. Her first initial reaction was to run down there and help, but students were now asking questions about the noise...her job was to stay here and keep the people calm.

Charles caveed the skulls of two more zombies in and saw Lording bashing away at their heads as well.

Once they were done with this area Charles realized that had just cleared one small hallway of the school

"Crap this is gonna take all day" he thought out loud

Lording was busy defending himself from the zombies when he felt a cold hand on his shoulder. "Shit..." he sighed, as he turned around to see a zombified Henry. "Killing you once just wasn't good enough you little bastard." With one quick motion he shoved Henry's head into an open locker, which he proceeded to slam repeatedly. After ten times, he opened the door to find a pile of brain mess. "You deserve it."

Adries couldn't take the concern over the noise downstairs after hearing the locker smashing. She rushed down with her hammer in tow...only to see them dealing with it fine.

"Oh! I need to stop being so paranoid, you people are fine. Phew. Hey what's going with that locker?"

((Who's helping getting me the transmitter?))

Slavoj got up. "I realise this is a stressful time - hell, we are all on the edge of our nerves. But will you please calm down? We have a plan to get us out of here - and if everybody panics and gets turned into zombies, it will only make matters worse for us," he said.

"Got a little carried away there. Zombies are just too much fun, you know." He wipes some goo off his shirt. "Shit... anyone have a clean spare shirt? Or should we stop by a laundromat while in town?"

(Wow....Now suddenly killing zombies with a hammer seems impossiable, but can't I just use the point end of a hammer to pierce the skull and scramble the brains?)

"Alright guys, one hallway down, a lot more to go" he called out

((I read that when it first came out. It's great...but I still mainly put all trust in the Survival Guide though.))

Adries glanced at Mr. Slavoj for a moment before volunteering herself to go with him. "We should just clear the hallways as we go."

"Alright partner up and have each person take one hallway, after that we can clear out individual classrooms that they might have wandered into."

"Charles, you tag along with me," says Lording, taking a step into the left hallway.

"Sure thing Lording"

They proceded down another hallway.

"Well Mr. Krim, let's go get the transmitter," Adries says, not really sure where to go so just waiting to be led.

"What you decided you were just going to forget me when going for the transmitter." Jack playfully reprimanded as he walked up to Adries, Slavoj, and Mr. Krim "I thought we were a team here."

"Besides, teams of four remember? You may need someone who knows a thing or two about how those things work anyway. Oh, that reminds me, do we have any engineering students? Preferably electrical since theory and practical application are two different things, I just need someone who knows the actual work to get it up and running, and who knows the different types, makes, and specific parts required. I can get it running at the power we want, but someone has to build it, you know?" he asked as he walked.

"We first have to find the transmitter, then worry about repairing it," said Slavoj. "Also, someone can take my gun if he wants to. I'm not good at aiming, and someone who can aim could use the bullets." He started walking.

"An another one bites the dust" Charles cheerfully calls out and he pierces another zombie's skull with his hammer, he had long learned that the pointed side was better to use because it required less force to destroy a zombie's brain.

""I think thats the last of the hallways Lording" he called out "Now lets sewwp the classrooms"

"Sorry Mr. Fletcher," Adries replied in an innocent voice, "Well, we might have some of smart kids that might know engineering. Not sure. Maybe someone whose parent was one? I know a bit of stuff from workshop but that is it...not really super helpful I know."

Mr. Lording kicked open the door to one of the old classrooms. Inside, he saw 3 zombies. "How the fuck did you guys die?" Lording mumbled as he prepared to swing his shotgun. With one swing, he managed to bring two of the zombies down, but the last one didn't seem to react, just stood still. Seeing this as a chance for creativity, Lording picked up a desk and threw it at the creature, crushing its head.

Charles opened the door to another class room, inside he saw no zombies, but checked every nook and cranie just in case. Satsified, he left the classroom and tried to open the door to another one, but it was locked.

"O.k he though, it was not the first locked classroom he had found and after he broke the door handel he tried to push open the door again, but it would still not budge, he thought he heard frightened wispers

"Hello?" he called into a crack between the door
